#MondayBites

Sometimes the best things come in small packages! Every month we identify a theme, sometimes general, sometimes specific, perhaps related to current news or historical events, paintings, political movements or just a single word. We seek to excite and entertain our audiences with a variety of short one person creations that offer individual takes on a given theme across different mediums.

This month’s theme: Me, My Mind and I

How well do we know our own minds? What is it like living each day with challenges that those around us just don’t seem to understand? How would it feel to open up, talk and even joke about the challenges our brains offer up on a daily basis.

‘Me, My Mind and I’ explores the reflections of a variety of solo performers across the arts in response to the theme of mental health.

Rosemary Branch Theatre, 2 Shepperton Road, London, N1 3DT
